Prepping for IVF

Well here we go. With the past attempts that have failed we are now on our journey with IVF. I know that it will be a long road ahead filled with more appointments, medications and injections. Praying that my body will reqact properly to all these meds and the thought of self injections regularly throughout the day will mean I will get used to giving myself these.

I had my first appointment today to start the process of meds.

First things first. Let's get these follicles growing! I have been put on puregon (75mg) which looks very much like an epipen. I am also on menopur (75mg) which is an injection as well, that I have to fill myself. So so far two needles a day.

So here is my plethera of needles which equals $$$ and will only last me 5 days!
